About
Strategy and partnerships professional with experience across both corporate and social impact sectors. Currently, I work at Samagra (a governance consulting firm), tackling developmental challenges by strengthening public systems. Previously at Nomura, I led strategic initiatives across global markets, managing a $1.6B portfolio, mitigating $50M in risk, and driving revenue growth. At Noora Health, I built and scaled partnerships with healthcare systems and social enterprises across South Asia, unlocking $3M+ in funding and expanding programs to 4+ countries. I hold an MBA from ISB and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. When I am not building decks, or neck deep in Excel spreadsheets, I prefer to hike, trek, or get lost in the mountains. I've completed several hikes, and longer Himalayan treks, as well as experienced skiing in the peaks of Gulmarg, Kashmir. I enjoy writing about my experiences travelling and living life. I care deeply about women’s rights, effective public policy, and equitable, accessible healthcare.

Managing Editor
Manipal the Talk Network was founded in 2011 by an Alumni who wanted to have a single forum to help out students in campus. Over the years it has transformed to Manipal's biggest and most trusted Media Network. Spread over 10 colleges throughout Manipal University it caters to journalism, genre based opinionated articles, travel blogs, food blogs, a repository for several discussions and course content. MTTN also has an internal self development system in place where we train the new recruits in fields of Writing, Photography, Art, Design and Public Relations. As the Managing Editor of MTTN, I have been at the helm of the organisation with an advisory role, managing a team of 100 people from all the colleges that span the University. My main aim was to steer the organisation in the correct direction and advise the Executive Board in making the right decisions. My previous experience as a writer and then as the Head of Reporting significantly improved my ability to take up this position and made me a good fit for this role. As the Managing Editor of the largest media organisation, I learnt several key leadership lessons and often got the opportunity to tackle several challenges. This helped me cultivate emotional intelligence, agility, networking and improved my communication skills
