Learned about Coca-Cola system before deployed in one position permanently. One year program including 3 months induction and 9 months On the Job Training. My OJT was in Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Medan, Padang and Pekanbaru. During this year, I put in some rules: - Design and arrange excitement program for tea penetration in rural area Central Sumatera Operation: program mechanism, budgeting, timeline launching, and program arrangement stages. - Design and arrange excitement program for Education Channel Improvement in Medan area - Conduct third-party survey regarding requirements and improvements for performance of CCAI third-party distributor.

- Breakdown and Update Related Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Regulation - Prepare Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determination Control (HIRADC) - Prepare Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures and checklists - Prepare HSE license to the related Government Instances - Provide internal HSE Training and socialization of HSE Procedures to employees, vendor, and contractors - Prepare Improvement of Waste Management System by building coordination with HSE representative in laboratorium

- Prepare HIRADC - Provide internal HSE Training and socialization of HSE Procedures - Prepare HSE license to the related Government Instances - Provide document for certification (OHSAS 18001:2007) process
