- Co-led a collaborative initiative, where graduate students and young professionals based in Nepal and abroad are competitively selected to work on high-priority projects in Public/Private sectors in Nepal. This initiative was started with a vision to build a platform for Nepali youth across the world to contribute to Nepal's development in significant ways. http://daayitwa.org/

- Collaborated with teams of scientists and engineers in North America, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore to utilize engineered particles and design unique chemistries for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) processes - Developed new generation CMP platforms enabling significant planarization improvements to enable delivery of high quality products to worldwide customers that are leading in semiconductor chip industry - Completed Six Sigma Certification Green Belt Training - 3 US patents filed

Research project focused on the design and synthesis of carbon-based porous polymeric frameworks, with tunable porosity, high surface area and high heats of hydrogen adsorption, as potential materials for gas storage and selective gas separation applications.

The Practice of PDIA : Building State Capability by Delivering Results This is a 15-week experiential online course for practitioners who are in the weeds of development and want to learn how to do PDIA (Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation). This course is for groups of 4-6 people working to solve a problem that they nominate. Over the duration of the course, the teams use the different tools to deconstruct their problems, find entry points and take action.

Courses completed: 1. Enterprise Models for Social Change Learned community-centric approach to social innovation. The term "enterprise model"​ stands for any entrepreneurial way of organizing for social returns. Enterprise models can range from traditional for-profits and non-profits to hybrids,impact investing and complex cross-sector partnerships. The course is suited for students who want to drive social innovation in corporations, start-ups, governments and civil society organizations, and to professionals who need to understand community dynamics or evaluate the quality of enterprise models. 2. Designing Organizational Systems This is an advanced course drawing on research in the behavioral sciences to formulate the design of the structure and procedures used by complex organizations to meet environmental demands and members' needs. Specific focus is on the behavioral aspects of such topics as information systems, control systems, project management and matrix organization.

Post-candidacy doctoral students in Science and Engineering are admitted to this program through a highly selective process. This 8 weeks course is designed and taught by the Kellogg School faculty. - Developed core skills in finance, strategy, negotiation, leadership and marketing - Participated in case studies, simulations, team building and crisis-management exercises
