Managing client interaction from End to End.  Resume short listing – speak to candidates and validate interest on a particular assignment with a client  Sourcing and validating of CVs for mid to senior levels of management • Conducting Reference check for the selected candidates. • Following up with the candidates and converting them in an asset for future references. • Building databases and trackers to map the industry.
