Helped in installation of Carbon M1 3D Printer at Weststar Facility. -Responsible for creating standard operating procedures for 3D printing at Weststar Precision. -Worked on several R & D projects together with Carbon M1 Machine. -Created, implemented and maintained process flow diagram for the 3D printing processes for aerospace, automobile and medical products for customers. -Provide direct engineering support to customers for optimum accuracy, quality and lead time using engineering tools namely, Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion, GibbsCAM and Netfabb Professional. -Utilized 3D Printing technology internally to improve timing and accuracy of assembly, polishing and manufacturing processes. -Monitored the performance and quality of the process and products utilized and results of 3D printing. -Scheduled maintenance and performed training of 3D Printing Machine and post processing.

* Working as a temporary proctor at Distance Education Learning Technology Applications (DELTA) Testing Services at North Carolina State University. * Responsibilities include providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment. * Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents, must be vigilant. * Provide customer support to students, faculty and staff via telephone, email, and walk-ins. * Must be a capable multitasker and detail oriented. * Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.

* Analyzed the product flow and suggested improvement in the work flow for improved efficiency. * Introduced automation for the waste material flow which improved the plant efficiency. * Improvised quality testing processes using lean manufacturing principles.. * Suggested improvement in the inventory control of the raw material and the processed material which helped in proper utilization of available time.

* Worked in the Quality Control Department. * Completed project on "Check sheet preparation, Gauges calibration, and Work instruction preparation”. * Designed a check sheet for the Boom & Arm of the excavator. * Improvised the manufacturing processes by introducing work instruction in each manufacturing cell. * Helped in reducing the quality errors by participating in the Kaizen program.
