• Partner and advice the supply chain director in driving strategic and commercial initiatives to create efficiencies and achieve year on year cost savings • Driving manufacturing efficiencies and strategies such as, labor, yield, KWS (Lean manufacturing), robust CAPEX business cases to deliver YOY cost savings • Leading the five-year strategic plans for supply chain by formulating strategies to mitigate inflation and deliver a net reduction in cost • Key member of the supply chain and finance leadership teams with a passion for people development. • Full responsibility of accounting, reporting and governance of the total supply chain cost including product cost • Involved in formulating co- manufacturing and multi country sourcing strategies • Leading logistics network review with the 3PL • Delivery of Zero-Based Budgeting savings targets • Lead a regional Value Stream Mapping exercise to generate three-year savings pipeline • Supplier financing and procurement strategies • Working closely with the commercial teams in delivering innovation and commercial initiatives such as, Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and new product launches
