Helping users have a delightful and reliable experience when they transact across Google services including Play Store, Youtube, Ads, Cloud and Workspace.

Ideated, designed and delivered from scratch, the desktop & mobile experience for Microsoft Viva Connections. The product was released as part of Microsoft's Employee Experience Suite, Microsoft Viva. The suite helps employees stay connected and engaged with their organisations via Microsoft Teams.

Delivered an improved analytics experience for SharePoint sites, enabling intranet admins and corporate communication teams to better understand how users are engaging with their sites. I got an opportunity to present this improved experience at Microsoft Ignite, 2019. Delivered new collaboration capabilities in the consumer Office 365 stack, helping apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive provide great commenting & collaboration scenarios for consumers on the web.

Designed and shipped features across a variety of mobile productivity scenarios in Microsoft 365, including task management experiences in Planner and scan experiences in Microsoft Lens. Drove the product vision & market release for an experimental content creation app, Sprightly, which was released through Microsoft Garage.

Conducted consumer research and developed a prioritized feature set for two mobile apps for health & fitness, and sports. Created interface mock-ups and user flows, worked closely with UX team on the final design. Managed the development process based on AGILE model, conducted daily stand-ups and scrum meetings. Received a pre-placement offer (PPO) to join as a full-time Product Manager.

Supported McKinsey consulting teams with cutting edge research on Business Technology topics. Focused on IT Infrastructure and Digital Marketing as core areas. Developed a best-practice functionality model for technology systems used in sales and marketing functions. Also co-authored a Practice Document on “Digital Marketing” which filled a major knowledge gap for the Firm.

Conducted a knowledge development project to build intelligence on concept, applications and market of Server Virtualization. Ran a KVM-based virtual machine deployment to understand practical considerations. Received a pre-placement offer (PPO) to join as a full-time Research Analyst. Exceeded expectations and received the top-most grade (A) in the firm's evaluation.
