SAP S/4HANA Cloud ​(Implement & Support) Sales (SD) Procurement (MM) Production (PP) Quality Management (QM) Warehouse & Logistics (MM) Finance & Accounting (FI) Costing (CO) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Support & Enhanced) ⦁Team Leadership: Manage and lead the ERP unit, including hiring, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team. ⦁ERP System Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of D365BC to meet company standards and support operational needs. ⦁Project Management: Lead ERP projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvement initiatives within D365BC, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion. ⦁Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure D365BC solutions align with organizational goals. ⦁Vendor Management: Engage with Microsoft partners, consultants, and vendors, managing service agreements and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues related to D365BC. ⦁Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity within D365BC, coordinating with IT and data teams to uphold best practices. ⦁Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through D365BC’s capabilities and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. ⦁Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that ERP operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, implementing risk management strategies as needed. ⦁User Support and Training: Provide guidance, support, and training to D365BC users across departments, fostering a strong understanding of system functionality.

System Analysis and Design: - Analyze business and user requirements, and design solutions that meet these needs. - Assess the suitability of the ERP Dynamics 365 system for the organization. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: - Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. - Prepare documents that summarize these requirements, such as Business Requirements Document (BRD) and System Requirements Specification (SRS). - Solution Evaluation and Selection: - Evaluate and select appropriate technical solutions for developing the ERP system. - Analyze the impacts and risks associated with implementing the ERP system. System Design and Development: - Work with the development team to design and develop the ERP Dynamics 365 system. - Create and update design documents such as Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Use Case Diagrams. System Testing: - Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that the developed system meets requirements and functions correctly. - Prepare and conduct various tests, such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). User Support and Training: - Provide technical consultation and support to users during and after system development. - Create user manuals and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively use the ERP Dynamics 365 system. Project Management: - Coordinate and manage projects to ensure they proceed according to plan and are completed on time. - Track project progress and report status to stakeholders. System Maintenance and Improvement: - Maintain and support the ERP Dynamics 365 system to ensure it operates efficiently. - Evaluate and implement system improvements based on changing business needs

Perform customer support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) - Support user after project go-live from implementation team. - Technical support and Troubleshooting on application’s problems. - Retraining new staff base on Microsoft Dynamics Navision or 365 Business Central. - Provide new solution from customer. - Software Installation and configuration base on Microsoft Dynamics Navision for new staff. - Prepare usermalual or operation sheet for user request. - Preventive maintenance (on-site) 2 job per year. - Coordinate between Business Analysis team & Development team.
