Relationship Manager - NRI Private Banking ‎Act as core anchor in taking banking solutions and services to our valuable customers comprising of high net with individual. ‎Involves a 360-degree banking approach. ‎Responsible for acquiring new customer relationship and increasing the wallet share of existing customer relationship with the resolute focus on service quality and customer delight. ‎Collaborate and work with different internal teams,thereby offering the best-in-class customer service. ‎Work on whole suite of offerings like investment solutions covering Equity and index linked structure products,Mutual funds , Portfolio management services , Alternate investment fund and fixed income focus funds. ‎Focus is on ensuring the needs of the customer are covered through -360 degree approach without any particular allegiance to product or domain. ‎Offer products based on customer needs in collaboration with other internal teams in bank for suitable products offerings. ‎Create service excellence by partnering with the customers through their life cycle and offering suitable products and services based on their financial needs while being fair to customer and fair to bank in all engagements. ‎

Institutionalize the account opening/ closing process so that is well defined for both implementation and servicing team as well as the clients. Ensure that the unit is subject to minimal risks arising out of incomplete/ outstanding account documentation. Facilitate smooth account opening and try to keep the outstanding account documentation to minimal. Safe custody, daily reconciliation and record keeping under assistance from Incumbent in charge.
