Building strategy and leading the production operations for fitness and mindfulness content on the cure.fit international app. The app offers a wide variety of modalities with over 1000+ videos and serves a customer base of 65k+ across the world.

Responsible for streamlining and building processes for seamless expansion of new cult centers PAN India

Responsible for streamlining the rental agreements and utilities management processes for PAN India operations across 30k+ properties and housing 70K+ customers.

Led a team of 5 to manage day to day operations that consisted of onboarding new houses, managing tenant move-ins, and addressing service requests for tenants and home owners for 500+ properties.

PROJECTS • Water management in the plant. Analysis of water consumption, water wastage and conserving water by calculating the unaccountable water usage with detailed water consumption trend analysis • Analysing waste water streams and developing methods for pre-treatment in order to reduce their COD content • Designing a Heat Exchanger for the hypo plant using Process Equipment Design principles and implementing the design to make heat transfer process more efficient .
