• Responsible for recruiting and maintaining good relationship with existing candidates of the organization. • End to End recruitment cycle for I.T Clients in the U.S with excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, F1, EAD, etc), Tax Terms (1099/C2C/W2). • Working closely with Sales/Account Manager to anticipate recruitments & identify potential resource pool. • Responsible for validating the consultant’s profiles based on client recruitment. • Responsible for maintain different skill data base. • Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines. • Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks. • Thoroughly understand the requirements of the client and get them fulfilled. • Identify and analyze the client requirements, submit suitable profiles. • Sourcing the right candidates with the required skills according to the client needs. • Efficiently identify and screen talent against specified job requirements, skills as per company policy and procedures. • Worked mostly on Contract positions for the direct clients and prime vendors • Identifying the right candidate according to the requirements, speaking to the candidate and negotiating the rates, formatted the resume and submitted the same to the client. • Sourced candidates through a variety of resources, including: Internet Sourcing (Search on jobs sites like Monster, Corp-Corp, Dice) as well as fully utilizing extensive in-house corporate database. • Maintaining daily status delivery reports and sending them to the BDM. • Bulk mailing to the consultants on the portals and other free job boards.
