• Responsible for driving the Worldwide Benchmarking program across India Region for Last Mile Operations. My role includes interactions with very Sr. Leaders, collaboration with Central teams and close coordination with Operators. • Introduce the best practices & perform process benchmarking across the regions to reduce the variations. This involved identifying top performers, identifying best practices, creating horizontal deployment plans, and executing changes across regions.

• Centrally Manage PAN India Hub covering Tier 1/2 145+ Cities with responsibility for route planning, on-time dispatching, and delivery. • Manage a high-performing team of Network managers, Program managers, Analytics, Care & Zonal operation center managers. • Prepare business requirements and collaborate with the tech team to design, develop, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities: worked with Various Fulfillment centers. • Develop and execute strategy for inbound & storage of 2x volume during peak season. • Manage a team of approximately 350 subordinates in a busy work environment (Day & Night Shifts). • Review the work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet the overall building objectives.

Responsibilities:. • Develop and execute a roadmap to improve the Operations excellence plant scorecard. • Develop and manage a Plant-wide process improvement ensuring that all processes are efficiently performed. • Lead auditor for three Cummins plants in Operations excellence audit. • Created Plant Level Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing & Engineered Material Flow for various products i.e. Alternator, water pump, lube oil pump, Turbocharger, and Cylinder head. Also developed Plant level VSM End-To-End Solution for Water pump line.

• Manage Supply, Erection, and commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation for Power plants • Project planning, analyzing workload & tracking project progress. Procure all the electrical items based on a delivery schedule. • Managing budgets for various project tasks like technical specification preparation and general arrangement drawing preparation etc.
