* Involved in designing the implementation strategy * create supporting documents – HLD, DLD * Prepare requirement traceability matrix and other project artifacts * Lead a team of 20 members,create project reports, MSRs etc * Liaise with customer IT partners to devise strategies on implementation and understand their marketing strategies * Performance Tuning, Code Reviews, DP process implementation etc.

* Involved in preparing migration strategies, review HLD, LLD * Modulate and successfully implement Proof-of-Concept development * Technical guidance to the core development team * Prepare project plan, streamline Release processes * Attend client review meetings & co-ordinate with development team.

* Involved in mentoring and leading the team technically and ensuring project timelines are met as per the standards set by the organization * Interacting with the clients to understand their business requirements and designing the project as per the requirements * Face to face client interaction for delivering and supporting the deliverable and coordinating the same with the offshore team * Responsible for team building activities.

* Involved in leading a team of support analysts for the SharePoint module. Tasks involve - Preparing & maintaining health checks for the application servers * Coordinating with MS for complex/critical technical issues * Responsible for support Ticket management and auditing * Responsible for Release & Change Management, and Preparing MSR & monthly reporting to client management.
