As the driving force behind the technology strategy, operations, and team of on and offshore resources, I work with business leaders to align enterprise solutions with business needs. I lead software development, including on-prem and cloud solutions, and manage business continuity, data analytics, technical support, and continuous improvement. Key Engineering Projects ► Setup integration between Monday.com and DealCloud with savings of over $75k. ► I architected and setup processes to send trade data to fund admin of private investors. ► I worked closely with Bloomberg on over 40 enhancements for the trade flow saving over 30% time for a FTE. ► Enabling 80% AUM growth, I structured, automated, and scaled the deal flow process. ► I accelerated change request handling and new service feed onboarding through an ETL process for loan records, data points, and security master updates. ► I sped file transfer 75% by setting up a cloud-based process to handle varied connection configurations and scheduling criteria. ► For greater efficiency, I drove an upgrade of Geneva, Portfolio Accounting Software. ► I engineered an industry-first-of-its-kind Qlik Feedback Grid Extension that captured user data for visualization. Data Management / Analytics ► Expediting business access to data, I sped securities loan onboarding 95% and the custom cash flow upload 75%. ► I automated uploads of financing facilities’ borrowing base feed into the SecurityMaster and created EDM pipelines for 15+ financing lines. ► Focused on business intelligence, I enabled advanced analytics by automating property data uploads. ► I improved data quality by resolving issues in the enterprise database and cleaning up data. Additional Projects ► As a way to strengthen business continuity, I contributed in disaster recovery testing and BC plan drafting. ► I built, tested, and launched a website for Sutherland AM in preparation for its IPO.

Steering my team in enterprise IT services, I led the development and enhancement of internal and customer-facing solutions. My leadership extended across IT strategies, operations, processes, best practices, and projects related to business intelligence, internal SOX audit, risk review, data privacy, and disaster recovery. Engineering Leadership ► Facilitating tens of millions of dollars in added revenue, I rolled out Small Business Lending (SBL) solutions, such as an affinity program, co-branding, and private labeling with various business partners. ► By founding the in-house offshore engineering organization, I cut development costs 60%. ► To expand business volume and boost efficiency, I headed the design and deployment of a web service-based B2B credit application for the U.S. market. The B2B interface was leveraged for a global solution. ► I reduced the loan origination cycle 30% by driving the integration of Salesforce.com with the loan origination application. ► For an enhanced user experience in the online small business lending domain, I revamped the website and added new features, such as self-service tools. ► I collaborated to evaluate and select CIT SBL Corporation’s new banking platform aligned with its new business model. Data Analytics ► Enriching business intelligence for leadership decisions, I directed the pioneering of a dashboard of 12 reports from Salesforce.com data. ► To strengthen risk protection, I established an application and algorithm to calculate customers’ likelihood of loan default as part of the SBL transition to CIT bank.

Directing a project for a large oil company to digitally connect their 14 global refineries, I guided the team to develop the following: ► Web parts for the localization of web pages. ► A data layer class library to access the database. ► A Relationship Viewer web component showing application and document links corresponding to process stream points within refineries.
