In this role I advice and joined to their processors, how to implement the machine in industrial flow and how develop the materials for particular orders with making material structures. In machine implementations I arranged the solvent based lynda machine, 1 layer 2 extruders, 2 layer one extruder with one 3 layer extruder, zipper extruder and Stretch film casting grade extruder. Prepare new developments for lamination grade PE , stretch film with cling films. Specially for there recycle plant (PE) advice and join to there development process according to there new recycle material formation for injection molding & blowing extruder materials processors. Implement new material costing format and prepare the prepress work for all new orders. Joined to their TIEP registrations procedure and industrial plant development processors with IDB in Sri Lanka.

Leading and managing the research and development team to ensure they are meeting project goals and deadlines. Developing and implementing research and development plans to drive innovation and improve existing products. Developing flexible packaging for emulsion paints that can withstand harsh chemicals and is easy to use. Incorporating antiviral properties into flexible packaging materials such as LLDPE/LDPE, which are commonly used in food packaging and medical applications. Exploring the use of AR technology for Sri Lankan packaging to enhance packaging designs and provide customers with more information about the product. Developing an unslip bulk bag for rice and wheat that is easier to handle and transport, improving efficiency and safety in the supply chain. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends. Overseeing the design and testing of new products and materials to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards. Managing the R&D budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within budget. Analyzing the technical requirements of machine parts needed for the development or improvement of packaging products. Conducting research to identify potential suppliers of machine parts and assessing their capabilities and qualifications. Requesting and evaluating quotes and proposals from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards. Monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery times, and cost requirements are met. Maintaining accurate records of all supplier communication, contracts, and documentation.

Developed and maintained the company’s quality control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conducted quality control checks on the manufacturing process, ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Coordinated with other departments to resolve quality issues, including customer complaints. Developed and implemented training programs on quality control procedures. Worked with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components met quality standards. Identified opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

During my year, my team was able to elevate itself to one of the leading academic societies in the university. He broke free from traditional funding methods in universities and used digital media creatively to lay the foundation for fundraising. In the covid pandamic situation I was able to launch the largest astronomy webinar series organized in Sri Lanka.

That time I was practicing international quality stranded inspected and make quality stranded documentation, quality control, R&D inspection and i was engaged my corporate experience in my careeer life.

The MSc program in Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Management provides a comprehensive curriculum focusing on environmental chemistry, particularly in soil, water, and air analysis. Students develop expertise in analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, and UV Spectroscopy, with a specific emphasis on polymer plastics and rubber applications. The program integrates analytical chemistry with business management and finance, preparing graduates with a versatile skill set to tackle environmental sustainability challenges and excel in the industrial applications of chemistry.

I recently completed a course on ISO 9001:2015 auditing, and it was both challenging and rewarding. Throughout the course, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the aims and benefits of an ISO 9001:2015 audit and learned how to interpret ISO 9001:2015 requirements for audit application. One of the most valuable aspects of the course was learning how to plan, conduct, and follow-up on auditing activities that add real value to an organization. The course also taught me how to apply risk-based thinking, leadership, and process management, which are essential skills for effective auditing. Another highlight of the course was the opportunity to learn about the latest auditor techniques and how to identify their appropriate use. I feel confident that I can now conduct audits that meet the needs of all stakeholders and build stakeholder confidence by managing processes in line with the latest requirements.

I entered the school in 2002 and worked as an active student in the school and passed the A / L examination in 2017 and was selected for the University of Kelaniya.
