Today Leonard work for Huawei Tech as Performance Director responsible for the biggest operator in Indonesia. Main role for high level management engagement to lead and guide customer to meet their vision as market leader. He was working with Ericsson Indonesia as Technical Project Manager from 2009 to 2014. Main role as Tech PM to manage E2E network performance, RAN design and ootimization. Earlier He was working with Nokia Networks then convert to Nokia Siemens Networks. At NSN, His role was as Tools Solution Specialist for APAC region, got responsibilities for taking care any NSN tool related with Network Planning and Optimization activities. He was also delivering training for NSN APAC internal emoloyee. He was support many projects in APAC and some other contries.
