▪ Coordination: Responsible for replying to new enquiry according to customer’s needs. Follow up Email /call to customer for repeat orders, Order status updating to customers if there is any delay or any other reason. Maintaining sales order report of each sales person. Coordination between Production, sales & QC for the order status and smooth process flow. ▪ Experience in Customer management – Understands the need of customer, offering and implementing suitable & cost effective solutions. ▪ Sales Order: Managing Sales orders and creates internal work order as per Customer’s PO or approved Performa invoice to be processed in production. Coordination with marketing team (Local & Export Team) & finance to release customer order. ▪ Purchase: Responsible for dealing with anything relating to the ordering of material, spares of machine & supplies for the company. Managing purchase requisitions and orders. Preparing purchase orders. Managing Existing vendors and supplier relationships. Responding to internal and external supplier inquiries. Monitoring returns, damage Replacements, and warranty claims. ▪ Ensure all materials have arrived in time to meet the dispatch date for each job. ▪ Prioritizing jobs to the production planner for cut listing & ordering ▪ Review plant process report s; analyze production performance and wastage reports.

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. • Managing the inspection for all the incoming material (Cylinders ,Rubber Rollers ,Substrates) • Managing Co-ordination b/w labor and higher management. • Managing Production Schedule for Printing, Lamination, Slitting and Bag Making. • Managing Dispatch Schedule according to the provided schedule from customer. • Managing Non – Conformance in production and define root cause of abnormalities with proper evident, take corrective action immediately to prevent regulatory. • Managing co-ordination for preventive maintenance & breakdown machine with the maintenance engineers. If require arrange spare parts from machine suppliers, local suppliers and third party repairing agency. •Awareness training to Operator’s. continuous watch on process & technical specs. • Monitoring product standards and helps to implement quality control.

Handle and resolve Technical queries of customer.
