Practicing my skills as an Estimating coordinator at Vestacon Limited, helping a great team achieve great goals! Detail-oriented professional worked as Project Estimator/Architect at American Iron Design Inc, with certifications in Urban Design Course at Sheridan College, Mississauga and Project Management course at Algonquin-CDI, Mississauga, ON, Canada. I completed my Bachelor's in Architecture at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2019. I am an enthusiastic Junior Urban Designer who loves to make creative solutions for issues involving - people and spaces; through the medium of hand-drawn sketches, paintings, and software skills that bring alive my ideas. I am hardworking and love being a part of resilient work teams. Looking forward to a position that allows me to grow as a professional while being challenged and encouraged in an environment where I can be myself. My skills include space design and planning through various skills like sketching, presentation techniques, software integration: site coordination, and architectural drafting. Apart from this, during the course of my education, I have learned Architectural software like AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Vray, Photoshop, Revit, Lumion, Rhino+Grasshopper, and MS Office (Excel, Word). I have learned some meaningful tasks such as research, analysis, documentation, approach for designing, aesthetics, and usability for various sites. Material exploration and study of various trending styles of construction helped me develop the required practical knowledge, skills, and abilities for a Junior Architect, encouraging future opportunities like higher education or professional practice. Combining 3 years of experience in Architectural design; from various companies; I have learned Project Management skills for construction and interiors with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, I am also a skilled Junior Architect for small to large-scale Residential projects (apartments, villas, complexes); Commercial projects (Offices, showrooms, salon and spas, hospitals) and Recreational projects (resorts, indoor and outdoor hotels, highway restaurants, & parks).
