I lead the vision, growth, and execution of our automation-first agency - built to help small and mid-sized businesses operate smarter with custom internal tools and AI-powered workflows. Over the last 2+ years, I’ve worn many hats, but my core focus has always been on the business side: identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable systems, and turning complex operations into structured, predictable processes for our clients.
