Responsible for end-to-end EPC project management, from conceptual engineering to final handover. 7. Performing pipe sizing, routing, and layout engineering for Gas, Cooling Water, Chilled Water, Compressed Air, High & Low Pressure Steam, Exhaust Flue, Air Ducting, and Ventilation systems. Reviewing and validating electro-mechanical BOQs, cost estimation, and project budgeting for offer submission. 8. Responsible for Strategy Planning, Business Growth, P&L, overall management and strategic direction of the operations, production processes, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards through innovation, improving operational performance. 9. Handling the Gas based captive power plant design & installation. HVAC projects, (VAM, EGB, Boiler, Thermic Fluid heaters and Turbines). EPC projects from concept to commissioning.

Back office support as well as part of Execution team, Assist the Auto-Cad team on layout preparation based on the input from the Greenfield/ Brown Field projects & helps in preparing the BOQ. During this tenure completed/executed a few prestigious projects for Oil India Limited, Maruti Suzuki Limited, Can Pack India limited and many more. ◉ Oil India Ltd. – Natural Gas Power Plant (EIL as Third-Party Inspector) Delivered EPC project in full compliance with EIL inspection protocols, QA/QC checklists, statutory approvals, and safety standards, coordinating inspections, resolving non-conformities, and ensuring milestone clearances without schedule impact.

Successful execution of the Greenfield/ Brown Field Captive power plants, Co-generation and other special projects. During this tenure completed a few of prestigious projects for : Hero Moto Copr. Ltd, Indian Oil Tanking, DLF Gas pipeline projects, Deena Nat Mangeshkar project. Installation and commissioning of First H2S scrubbing System developed by IISC Bangalore, This was the first project for IISC team and from GPIPL I was the part of this project to work with IISC team for the complete installation till the commissioning, it was a R&D project.

Leading the Fabrication and Erection Team (Piping, Tank fabrication, Structure and Fire Fighting Sprinkler system following the approved drawing & Guideline Of Engineers India Limited standard. EIL As TPI for this project. ◉ Delivered EPC project in full compliance with EIL inspection protocols, QA/QC checklists, statutory approvals, safety standards, coordinating inspections, resolving non-conformities, and ensuring milestone clearances without schedule impact.
