Monitoring all branch/employee type payments and its reconciliations.  Processing of Reimbursements, Advances, Full and final settlements, Petty cash payments & Vendor management on various payments and reconciliations.  Reconciliation and monitoring all bank accounts of organization and sharing Bank reports daily to management.  Responsible for preparing and implementing the necessary paper work for various Letter of Credit and import activities.  Monitoring and Verifying Policy Compliance on claims and Bills of the employees and vendors.  Responsible for verifying the stocks at various branches and submitting the stock reports to Bank monthly basis.  Coordinating with internal and external audit teams by providing finance related data & Evaluation of entries uploaded by the team members.  Review and maintain ageing of Outstanding Accounts Payable & Receivable and ensure proper work delegation for recoveries and payments.  Responsible for maintaining various data like Petty cash, Purchase registers & Providing support to Bank, clearing vendor queries.  Managed accounting teams and ensured that all accounting records were complete and accurate.  Managed the developments and improvements from a handbook system to computerized environment.  Review the accounts of customers and work with customer approvals for periodic reconciliation of the accounts.  Ensure proper recognition of revenue and expenses for departmental cost center activity.

Recording and maintaining accounts for HSBC clients.  Handling more than 200 Subcontractor payments, online expenses and travel expenses etc. on monthly basis.  Consolidating & auditing the monthly performance report.  Managing Timesheet Approvals/Follow-ups/correction/GRN (Goods Receipt Note) .  Payments tracking, Vendor Invoice Management, purchase order extension invoice check and approval.  Attending training from GST expertise to know the tax process.
