As the Student Relations Director for Women in Computing, I lead community engagement, student outreach, and web content strategy for one of the largest computing organizations on campus. I coordinate announcements across platforms, amplify event visibility, and help maintain an accessible, informative online presence for the CSE community. • Serve as the liaison between WiC leadership, the broader CSE community, and partner student organizations • Create and share event announcements across platforms including Ed, Discord, and mailing lists • Oversee communications sent to the WiC mailing list and respond to student and club inquiries • Maintain and improve the WiC website and blog, ensuring clear, accessible, and engaging content • Support event planning and promotion to increase student participation and community connection

Help plan and organize events for the University of Washington Women in Computing chapter

• Led sections & explained core CS concepts in CSE 123, provided individualized student support during weekly office hours, graded assignments with detailed feedback, & proctored final exam

• Developed Large Language Model (LLM) tools to detect Google Ad Performance Max campaign inefficiencies using Python, Colab, and Gemini API • Analyzed large amounts of customer case data to identify system-level performance of the PMax campaign and diagnose root causes, proposed actionable technical solutions and product improvements including by authoring technical design docs • Built SQL-driven graphs to visualize and track changes in PMax spend & performance across campaign-level segmentations • Delivered solutions and navigated challenges through effective collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.

• Conducted swim lessons and summer/spring camps for youth • Collaborated and communicated with parents, children, coworkers. Attended monthly training meetings.

During this internship, I worked as a backend software engineer, working on enhancing college search feature run time efficiency by using AWS Cloud Computing through EC2 and Solr and by moving away from mySQL. I also took initiative to design and implement a new feature, a college recommendation engine that utilized ML and AI using AWS Sagemaker. Throughout this process, me and another intern collaborated with an AWS team to work on compiling all the necessary data from the company databases and inputting that data into the model.

As Research Lead, I worked on guiding and working on the research we conducted on the exploration and research focus on the Mars Mission we were planning.

As a member of Washington Aerospace Scholars, I completed a University of Washington course, Air & Space Vehicles AA101. Based on my work, I was then selected for a residency program where we planned a mission to Mars, while I acted as a Research Lead for my team. I was also 1 of 12 students that were selected for another residency at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
