I’m a passionate Design and Development Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the plastic industry, including 2 years in manufacturing and 2 years in design. Currently working as a Design Engineer at Radiant Polymers Pvt. Ltd., I focus on developing precise and efficient plastic mould designs that bridge creativity with manufacturability. My journey from the shop floor to the design desk has given me a strong understanding of end-to-end product development — from concept, DFM, and tooling to final validation. I enjoy solving complex design challenges, optimizing part feasibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
