DevNest -Coding Club at NIELIT Ropar, I’ve been entrusted with the responsibility of building a strong coding culture in a newly established institution under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. My key responsibilities include: Initiating and leading coding sessions, workshops, and competitions to engage and upskill students. Connecting students with industry professionals, alumni, and guest speakers for knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaborating with faculty to organize tech events, hackathons, and mentorship programs. Managing club activities, planning outreach, and maintaining active student participation. Promoting peer learning and fostering interest in development, DSA, and competitive programming.
