Worked on multiple security risk projects and assessments including 5G, third party assurance and secure code reviews. Worked with clients in telecoms, FS, public sector and got the opportunity to work across many interesting geographies.

I'm a part of the PwC Cyber Security team, working as a consultant with small and medium sized enterprises to improve their cyber and information security processes. A lot of my work involves putting appropriate controls in place to ensure that client information is kept secure and is in accordance with the UK Data Protection laws.

Involved in promoting sporting activities among students and building links with community through sport.

Great experience to study in a foreign country with different learning techniques. Interacted and made friends from all over the world Rediscovered my passion for sport and also got involved in volunteering activities with the Student Union.

I worked on development of satellite communications products such as frequency converters, SSAs, BUCs and Antennae. My work involved dealing with clients and ensuring that their requirements were met. Since the company has only a small office in India I had a lot of responsibility and learned not only about development of satellite communications products but was also involved in ensuring that the client base of the company increased and that the existing clients' demands were met.

Resistoflex is invoIved in the development of springs, piping systems and air spring suspensions. My work with the company however was more communications based. I learned about working with wireless communication technologies such as VOIP and WAN. I was involved in ensuring that the company's communications systems were always up and running. I was a part of the support team to the main office which were involved in daily dealing with the clients and development of products.

Moser Baer Photovoltaic is involved in the development of solar cells and solar panels. My project was the optimization of solar cell aspect ratio, which directly affects the cell efficiency. My work was more research based and my work involved performing trials on the solar cell samples and then undertaking further research to ensure how the optimization could be done. During the course of my work I was able to ensure that the cell efficiency went up by close to 1% and some of my recommendations were implemented after I left the organization. I learned about the development of solar cells and the large size of Moser Baer meant that I also got to know about the working of large organizations.

Project Title - Understanding and Combatting the Threat of Social Engineering My project focussed on the weakest link the information security chain - the human being. The focus of the project was to analyse security incidents and understand how to develop an effective information security awareness programme. Final Project - Binaural Signal Processing Algorithm to Improve Speech Intelligibility through Respatialisation for Hearing Aids Persons suffering from hearing disorders often use hearing aids. However conventional hearing aids exhibit poor performance when it comes to localising the source of speech in a noisy environment. Binaural unmasking refers to the phenomenon of sound perception using both ears. The algorithm aimed to simulate binaural unmasking to ensure effective localisation of speech source.
