Adhere to the principles of safe prescribing, utilize electronic prescribing system and tools and ensure that clinical and cost-effectiveness is considered when prescribing drugs. Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time. Carry out screening for long term conditions risk factors and early signs of disease particularly for patients with a family history of disease Provide effective and proper counseling about advantages, disadvantages, risks and alternatives regarding a proposed treatment to patients and patient parties. Schedule and administer follow up examinations and manage accordingly. Promote healthy life style undertaking health promotion activities for identified individuals, targets group or for general population according to the local population health need
