Cost, Productivity, Quality, Safety)

1) Worked As Service Engineer in One of India's Lagest CNC manufacturing Firm. 2) Servicing & Installing - CNC lathes, Machining Centers (HMC , VMC) , Grinding Machines Machines Troubleshooting. 3) Involved in Preventive Maintenance, Predictive, AMC's for Tier 1 , Tier 2 ,And Small Scale Industries. 4) Conducting Machine Geometrical Alignments. 5) Maintaining Customer Required Spares in Stock. To reduce machine downtime. 6) Calibration Of Machine Test Mandrels. 7) Conducting Training Program for Customers.
