I am working with HCL Technologies as a Salesforce Administrator from last two years. My job responsibilities include Managing data,creating reports and workflows. Earlier than that I worked as a Lead Operations in IBM Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd. (which is Concentrix India now).I was involved in managing team of 15 members.I was involved in developing strategies, providing training, monitoring performances and creating report to update the company on the team's progress. I always try to complete the given task within a particular time frame whether it requires hard work or extra working hours. If it requires the suggestions or ideas from other members or colleague I always look up to their inputs.
