-Transformed System teams from standard scrum to Kanban significantly improving team efficiency, enabled continuous improvement, collaboration, and on-demand release cadence while adhering to the organization's scaled agile framework (SAFe). -Provide extensive coaching by mentoring and guiding newly launched Kanban teams, the Product Owner, QE manager, and the business owners through the events/ceremonies of Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Burn-down chart, Cumulative flow diagram, Functional Specification by MS Office, Share point, Confluence, dashboards, and Rally tool. -Facilitate defect triage for a train. Gathered requirements from business units (Medicare, RX #, Pharmacy lookup, order status, balance, and Payment) to gain an in-understanding of business issues to identify, analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with Technical Product owner, Business manager, and Business Product owner. -Elicited business requirements from stakeholders in the form of user stories. Conducting brainstorming sessions, focus groups, and personal interviews with technical lead the client’s business process. To improve PBM IVR (Interactive Voice Response) call flows and provide improved versions of Call flows for a better customer experience. -Coordinated with VUI designer, created and designed effective speck user interface design including call flow, dialogues functional logic, prompts, and to match the established requirements. -Collaborate and contribute towards Enterprise advancements in agile practices.
