Job Title: HR Associate – Shared Services Job Profile: Responsible for managing shared services for clients like Airtel India, Indigo, Mahindra & Mahindra for any transaction related to human resources starting from Onboarding to Exit. Key Responsibilities:  Handling direct employee queries (Through OTRS) with respect to PF, Gratuity and Compensation calculations, Onboarding and Exit Formalities, HR related policies, Investment &Taxation.  Employee related feedback & grievance handling.  Managing and Organising the Induction programme of new employees.  Exit interviews and managing exit data in terms of rehire eligibility, company feedback and documentation.  Creation of Survey, Attrition and Team productivity reports.  Managing client SLAs and ensuring adherence through work allocation within Team.

Developing and implementing sales and marketing effort for the hotel, including securing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to maximize the profitability of the hotel while maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:  Maintaining good relationship with officials and representatives of the local business community.  Proactively being involved in trade shows and conferences to network, generate new leads and drive business.  Acquiring and developing new business accounts.  Preparing sales proposals for clients.  Creating hotel awareness through marketing campaigns.  Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary  Observing the market and identifying trends.  Maintaining hotel relationships with key accounts.
