Responsibilities: • Responsible for the pilot tests coordination, fabrication and evaluation in collaboration with R&D manager. • Optimize the new manufacturing processes in the scale up for production and optimize the industrial process for existing formulations. • Interact constantly with the production and R&D teams to review the problems and to set up a team for troubleshooting. • Give training to manufacturing team about formulation, manufacturing procedures and specifications of each product entering in the scale-up process. • To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes • To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and procedures • Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff • To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff • To work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools • To ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift • To have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company • Maintaining high level of timekeeping is of the essence

Responsibilities: • Erection & Commissioning of Biogas Plant & H2S Plant. • Erection & Commissioning of CO2 Plant & Scrubbing System. • Working in Clean Biogas Plant & H2S Plant in Production Department as a Chemical Engineer • Also work as a PLC Operator • Planning – Calculate the raw material in required shift. • Look all the documentation & process work in shift. • To check the all the pumps, blowers, agitator working properly • To check gas quantity & gas quality

Responsibilities: • Planning & calculate the raw material in required shift. • Look all the documentation & process work in shift. • Arrange schedule production planning for that month. • To take overall charge from reliever and instruction from supervisor. • Batch charging & monitoring for drying in RVD. • Product milling & sifting monitoring. • Centrifuge monitoring. • Packing & Repacking of finish goods
