I’m a Robotics Software Engineer at Neobotix GmbH, where I’ve spent the past seven years advancing intelligent indoor mobile robots. My work centers around ROS 2, and I am one of the maintainers of Nav2, the open source navigation stack widely used across the global robotics community. I develop navigation algorithms, work extensively with simulation and perception, and have hands-on experience with robot manipulators including Universal Robots, Franka Emika, and Elite arms. I’m actively involved in cross-collaborative research with European institutes, contributing to multi-partner projects that drive innovation in autonomous systems. Within Neobotix, I play a key role in developing our new mobile robot, ROX, closely cooperating with the hardware team to build a robust and flexible platform. Beyond engineering, I support business development through social media outreach, community engagement, and global representation at major conferences such as ROSCon and the European Robotics Forum (ERF), forming connections with industry leaders, researchers, and partners worldwide.
