• Involved in full cycle Recruitment and Responsible for getting the requirements from the clients, understanding the requirements and sharing the requirements to team members based on their capabilities. • Coordinating with clients as well as the team member to find out the suitable profiles. • Conducting junior and senior level preliminary interviews of candidates, performed reference checks, identified opportunities and candidate selection. • Work on allotted orders/requirements and deliver candidates on time. • Preparation of job description for all positions and posting in various job boards. • Maintaining data and reports on all the recruitment related activities.

• Handling a team of 10-15 employees. • Assigning the requirements to the team members on daily basis. • Trained the team of for recruiting process as all were fresher’s. • Coordinating with the team to get the submissions on the requirements and helping them as and when required. • Screening the candidates submitted by the team and filtering on the basis of qualifications. • Submitting the filtered candidates to the manager and the technical team for the final submissions. • Getting the feedback from the Manager and the client about the submission. • Coordinating with the candidate and in scheduling the interview • Participate in recruitment, interview and selection of candidates for various levels of position openings and promote a work environment that openly embraces individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. • Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, (un) structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines. • Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both. • Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (i.e., passive sourcing). • Utilize a resume database for sourcing and tracking of all candidates and maintaining candidates and newly hired employee records in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Carrier Builder and Passive portals such as The Ladders, Indeed, LinkedIn, Google advanced search • Utilized knowledge of working through 3rd party vendors, Independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies

• Working as a Technical Recruiter and Experienced in full life cycle of US Staffing. • Experienced with full cycle of staffing services, such as finding candidates through different sourcing techniques, Screening of resumes, interviews, salary negotiation and working closely with Account managers. • Involved in executive search operations on website like Dice, Monster and etc. • Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing candidates for the requirements. • Interviewing H1B/GC/US Citizen consultants for various requirements according to the Client request. • Rate negotiation before short-listing the candidates. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. • Good Knowledge on Corp – Corp, W2 and 1099. • Generate daily reports and update the same.
