Contributor to several developments in the investment and insurance domain of Credit Karma. Worked on designing and developing interesting projects on CK modules to better the customer experience in accessing personalized insurance policy information, premiums, driving violation reports etc partnering with top insurance providers. Actively engaged in determining the level of our system data privacy standards and policies, also E2E testing to improve customer experience and maintain 100% data quality and accuracy. Development mainly focused on using Kafka and Java for back end.

Developed and maintained several Spring Boot micro services and APIs to track and evaluate insurance claim eligibility for customers. Heavily improved the security of our processes dealing with customer personal data. Worked on deploying with CI/CD technologies like Jenkins, Docker and Openshift providing a greater scalability with frugal resource usage reducing the team’s budget. Integrated with Apache Kafka streaming for the communication between our services, improving the enterprise security and also providing real time analysis data to track the metrics around scalability, latency and failures. Developed and maintained Blaze Rules. Coded rules using both IDE and RMA and generated the adb(compiled rules) files which were used to interact with our applications. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, invested in our database performance improvement by updating lean queries for our GET operations, creating custom query indexes, defining data projections, inducing db hints. Worked on Splunk logging, using splunk queries to create dashboards which showcases the metrics of the applications to better our maintenance strategies. Involved in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) such as requirements gathering, modeling, analysis, design and development of our system and new use cases we carried out.

Plant Area View POC: Developed desktop UI and backend application using C# for showing all the grid components in the plant, filtering upon the sub components and internal parts relating to the plant of the term.

Machine Learning approach for paraphrase identification involving numerical data (Python) : Developed a machine learning application to find similarities among two sentences at different linguistic levels. Used NLTK libraries and historical data sets for developing and evaluating the system. Obtained F-Score was around 89% Smart Location Reminder (Android, Google Maps): Developed an Android app to remind users of location specific tasks, to be done when at a particular geographical location. Say it Right, Student Portal (Laravel, React JS, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS): Developed an end-to-end web application, with student/Professor/Advisor/Admin interfaces.The main idea of this site is to allow each student to record and upload their name pronunciations, which is then accessible to all the faculty. Health-care management system (SQL, Java, JDBC, swing): Designed and implemented a complex healthcare database management system.

Department Portal (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS): Developed a web application for the JNTUH Computer Science department, which can be accessed by both students and staff. The website holds the latest news bulletins and also info about the subjects offered to the students per semester. Live Cricket Scores Application (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) : Developed a web application to fetch the latest scores of all the ongoing matches. The application also has a functionality of searching a particular player's profile so as to display the player's stats like his/her runs scored, highest score, number of 50’s & 100’s etc.
