CURRENT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To complete production plan by scheduling and planning manpower . Coordinate with manager planning and understand and to execute in day to day basis with daily review with core team. Man power handling included leaves and absentism. Achievement of target as per requirement. Focussing on customer satisfaction. Maintain 5s on shop floor. Motivate team members and associates towards new initiative. Maintain the machine line if any breakdown occurred then suddenly inform to maintenance team. Provide daily progress report and maintaining production related documents. Responsible for Quality Improvement in house PPM reduction. Responsible for rejection control. Provide on job training to associates. Upgradation of Skill Matrix level of workers. Daily update OEE sheet. Implementing and supporting of all aspects of 5S and kaizens. Responsible for daily red bin analysis and take necessary action for it. Report the Key issue to production manager and follow the instructions received from production manager. Check hourly production and responsible to meet shift production goals.
