Building a next-generation Decision Intelligence platform that combines Artificial Intelligence, Temporal Intelligence, probabilistic reasoning, and computational research to help people and organizations make better decisions in complex environments. My current research focuses on integrating ancient mathematical frameworks with modern AI to develop a new class of intelligent systems capable of reasoning across time, context, and uncertainty. As the CEO & CTO I play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our real estate evaluation startup. This dual leadership position combines strategic vision, executive leadership, and technical expertise to drive the development and growth of our AI-driven platform. • Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. • Lead the executive team in the implementation of business plans and initiatives. • Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new markets. • Oversee marketing and sales strategies to expand our customer base. • Set and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth. • Secure funding, investment, and manage financial resources effectively. • Develop and execute a technical vision that aligns with the company's business objectives. • Lead the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions for real estate evaluation. • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery. • Define and execute the technology roadmap, including research, development, and scaling. • Implement robust data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive customer information.

The work profile was to manage five teams that were responsible for the Implementation and ongoing Support of Health and Welfare functionality on TBA (Total Benefits Administration). Managed business projects for international clients like Boeing, GMAC, Eli Lilly, Sara Lee, Archer Daniel Midland, Hyatt International, and Keycorp. I have excelled in areas like: Business Development; Understanding Client Requirements; Project Management, revenue, and utilization; Problem Management; Managing Operations in time-and-resource-constrained CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) driven environments ensuring that consistent and predictable levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. -Team Management: Leverage the talent/resources on the team to generate results, monitor team performance to derive results, conduct performance management conversations, educate, reinforce and hold associates accountable for behaviors that support Hewitt policies and guidelines -Resource Forecasting and Capacity Planning: Delivered the global sourcing plan, and onshore roll-off numbers against the offshore add, built the pipeline and forecasted the resource needs. -Delivery Manager: Owned the accountability for project deliveries for clients aligned. Understood overall client and business situations and build relationships with onsite counterparts, ensured SLA compliance in the unit, and ensured the annual revenue targets are met. -Customer Satisfaction: Was responsible for the overall satisfaction of all onsite teams as determined by regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys -Mentor Manager: Was responsible for planning and career development of the team members, identified skill gaps and training requirements, and fulfilled the training needs. -Process Improvement and Compliance: Ensured compliance with all laid down processes and procedures by all team members.

Worked with the Gecis IT team for Content Solutions COE. The work profile was focused on migration and maintenance of the Support Central site lying on Interwoven worksite MP and Oracle and Database designing. My team have designed and implemented data cubes using Microsoft OLAP services, Cognos Impromptu, and PowerPlay to facilitate executive, management and end user reporting. My Team worked on the development and maintenance of an internal LMS. (Learning Management System) This included Performance Tuning of Database Objects such as Triggers, Stored Procedures, Functions, and SQL statements on the environments such as UNIX, Oracle, Bea WebLogic and Java. -Management and coordination with the development team -Communication with clients GE Interlogix and GE Medical Systems (GEMS) -Vendor Management with IT companies such as TCS, Birlasoft and Satyam -Designing and developing of the database for the custom applications -Creation of project design specifications -POC (Proof of Concept) performed using Cognos and automated scripts to validate the integrity of the data based on end-user needs. -Maintenance and performance tuning of Database Objects
