Recruitment/ Manpower Planning: Responsible for Preparing Job Descriptions in consultation with Head of Department. Co-ordinating with the interview process and consulting agencies. Preparation of various MIS reports like Recruitment Master Report, Trackers, and Offer Related reports Induction & Joining Formalities: Responsible for onboarding process of new joinee. Background & reference checks of the new joinees. Orientation of new employees with – Company background, Organization structure, HR polices & benefits, code of conduct and working pattern Training & Development: Prepare and schedule Training as per discussions with Head of Department. Maintain the Training records like- training Feedback forms, Training Attendance, Training Assessment form. Timely updating Training Calendar. Preparation of annual competence & skill matrix records. Human Resource Information System: To ensure HR updates and maintain the HR database & Personnel files of the employees. Maintaining database for Skill Profiles of employee's with respect to skills acquired before and after joining the organization there by enabling the competency of the employee. Issuing the relieving and experience letter.

Roles & Responsibilities:  Responsible for entire Internal Job Posting (IJP) process.  Drafting the IJP description and getting it approved before releasing it to employees.  Checking the IJP applications and their eligibility before forwarding it to the Hiring managers.  Scheduling of IJP interviews with the interview panel, arranging meeting for IJP interview discussion.  Communication to all IJP applicants stage by stage till the consensus meeting is conducted.  Taking care of smooth flow of communication for IJP between applicants and the Managers.  Taking care of external recruitments for various grades and for Different entities.  Coordination with Vendors for feedback and resume inflow.  Maintaining data in excel and data collation.  Good experience in MS Outlook.  Sourcing of candidates from various portals. Coordination with candidates for interviews and preparation of salary break up and salary documents.  Negotiation with candidates if required.
