As the Chief Medical Officer and Cofounder of Gabify Life, I lead the clinical vision, strategy, and scientific rigor behind Neurolens, India’s first AI-powered early screening and assessment platform for Speech, Language, and Neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD. My role focuses on transforming early intervention in India by: Building clinically accurate, evidence-based assessment frameworks that empower doctors, therapists, educators, and parents. Overseeing medical governance, compliance, and ethical standards, ensuring Gabify aligns with global best practices and Indian regulatory guidelines. Collaborating with pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, and SLPs to create unified screening pathways that reduce diagnostic delays. Leading clinical research and model training to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and cultural relevance of our AI-driven tools. Designing parent-friendly, actionable reports that simplify complex assessments and accelerate decision-making for families. Delivered interdisciplinary therapy alongside OTs and psychologists for neurodivergent children. Conducted standardised assessments and created personalised therapy plans. Enhanced communication readiness for school inclusion through AAC, play-based therapy, and socio-communication training.

Performed diagnostic audiology including PTA, impedance, and hearing aid evaluation. Provided early hearing detection and intervention counselling for paediatric cases. Supported ENT teams with precise diagnostic inputs for surgical and rehabilitation planning.
