The core activities which are part of the Indirect Procurement process include o Collaborate with Category Managers and Global Category Leads to ensure alignment with broader strategy, inclusive of establishing supplier agreements o Strategic tactical buyer for Software and Hardware category o Sourcing and setting up new vendor based on Clients requirement and vendor performance o Catalog Management - Requesting, creating, negotiating and updating catalog on monthly basis in ERP tool. o Creating PMO deck for weekly calls with clients and updating team on the same o To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes

• Managed to handling a Team of 65 members. • Focus on transition process like order management, Shortage management & other logistic activities • Managing the end to end Procurement activity start with requesting for RFP, negotiation with the supplier, order processing, follow up with the vendor etc.. • Responsible for all Day to day Operational Requirement. • Monitoring and Drive the team to achieve the task in term of order booking, Quote Processing, Invoice clearing, Vendor Follow up, etc... • First level of handling escalations of the team. • Involved in the clearance of invoices of suppliers by solving the discrepancies between orders with the suppliers invoice. • Single point of contact for end to end order process and business related queries. • Identify training needs to team members. • Working Experiences/Knowledge about ERP Baan IV and Baan V • Work closely with the Front end on a daily Basis for Operations review and excellence • Weekly review with the Site Purchasing Manager and Present the Weekly Metrics. • Consistently Maintaining the Metrics in Green with out Single Escalations. • Motivating the Team and got addition HC to the PSS Vertical. • Preparing and upload all the Process related Document such as SOP, SOW, Governance model etc... • Weekly metrics and Presentation to the Top Management.

Managed around 15 Team members The core activities which are part of the Supply Chain Management process include o Execute Forecasting, Purchasing, Order Management and Maintenance functions. o Collaborate with on-shore retained team, consumer demand and marketing departments as required to execute core procurement functions. o Highly organized with superior problem solving and analytical abilities o Performing configuration for Cisco products and submitting the same via B2B process. o Creating Return Material authorization, Dead on arrival, Try and Buy order via Cisco tools and to make sure the same has been approved providing the valid reasons. o Identifying different suppliers and work with Vendor Maintenance to get the supplier updated in the system • As a Focal Point for seven countries, managing the inflow of work with the available resources to accommodate customer priorities, handle the gaps in the process, ensure quality of work meets the standards by establishing control checks into the process, interacting with Front End Customers regarding the process updates and escalations; weekly performance of Back End through calls and chats.
