* Reporting: Retail Head Profile/Portfolios * Business Development: Project Identification, Pre-acquisition analysis of projects and development aspects, Finalization and acquisition of projects and agreement. ; * Part of core retail team handling Retail Leasing, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Key Account Management, Negotiation and finalization of Lease Agreements. * Short-listing locations for clients by analyzing city demographics and presence of competitors and Targeting retailers/clients on the basis of key parameters (Business Models and Rent Revenue Ratio) for the available property options. * Managing retail projects from leasing to possession. ;

* Reporting: Cluster Head * Profile/Portfolios * Managing development in North & Central India for KFC Equity Builds ; * Develop roadmap for KFC by clearly demarcating trade areas for growth in equity development ; * Identifying potential new markets by obtaining demographic details, competition data amongst others and analyzing them to establish potential for the brand ; * Capitalize market potential through development in Malls, Food Courts, High Streets and Drive Thru's and maintain diversified portfolio of asset mix. ; * Responsible for leading and achieving regional targets of equity builds ; * Work closely with various cross functional departments such as Design, Legal, Projects and Operations till the store opening * Discussion & Finalization of MOU's/Lease Agreements with Developers/Landlords * Support operations team in negotiating additional branding/spaces/corporate tie ups etc. * Handling Asset Management of around 40 KFC stores in North & Central India * Employment Synopsis (Past)
