• Achieving monthly/annual regional targets in line with company direction and goals. • Benchmark regions and competition for business growth. • Actively participate in monthly government projects with relevant teams and function Heads for the smooth execution of projects. • Monitor pre and post-launch activities of the project, identify issues or problems, and engage relevant stakeholders. • Update and follow project/tender progress and status through daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with respective stakeholders. • Prioritize project delivery according to criticality and directions from management and regulatory authorities. • Take full ownership of tasks, review, and bring improvements to those assigned to me and my team. • Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge and identify training requirements to develop subordinates. • Lead and coach staff, create synergies, and ensure seamless interaction between teams.

As Head of Procurement I am responsible for a spend of 55 million per year and a team of 6. My role is: - Form and implement procurement management and development strategy, policies and processes in the company and in the EPSO-G Group of companies so as to satisfy the organization's short and long term needs, achievement of goals. - Searching for new suppliers and producers. - Procurement risk management. - Responsible for organizational level Procurement function which includes gas network infrastructure procurements, Projects, IT, Business, Operations, constructions. - Overseeing the procurment function of the organisation. - Seeking and implementing relevant improvements to purchasing and the supply chain. - Leading an efficient purchasing team. - Developing and mentoring members of the purchasing team in order to maintain motivation levels and optimise performance. - Ensuring the organisation’s budget is balanced as per recognised constraints. - Negotiating cost effective contracts with suppliers while adhering to the policies and procedures of the organisation. - Creating and managing relationships with suppliers.

As Head of Procurement I am responsible for a spend of 70 million and a team of 15. My role is to lead the transformation of the procurement team, delivering best practice procurement approaches and delivering significant value to the company: - Searching for new suppliers and producers; - Procurement risk management. - Responsible for organizational level Procurement function which includes road maintenance equipment and materials procurements, Projects, IT, Business, Operations, constructions. - Responsible for smooth whole procurement teams work, setting goals to the teams and helping reaching them; - Setting annual KPIs for whole department; - Close collaboration with key stakeholders and external providers to ensure strategic and operational needs are fully understood and incorporated; - Responsible for chosen suppliers audits, goods quality control, incoming inspection of goods control; - Lean tools usage to improve the quality of purchasing process.

As Head of Procurement I am responsible for a spend of around 500 million and a team of 50. Responsible for the transformation of the procurement function across Ignitis Group. Elevating procurement’s contribution and partnership with the business, enabling the delivery of quantifiable savings, improving operational efficiency and reduced business and procurement risk, while organizing Ignitis Group Procurements which includes electricity and gas network infrastructure procurements, Projects, IT, Business, Operations, constructions. . - Team Leadership: Leading, coaching and developing the Procurement Team to deliver new commercial value and effectively manage multiple stakeholder relationships and requirements. - Procurement Framework: Comprehensive reset of the procurement program, business engagement and deliverables. Focus on team calibration, sourcing agenda, reporting fluency, commercial governance, and a purchasing roadmap including technology enablers. - Commercial Solutions: Lead procurement strategies, which deliver robust commercial outcomes in line with Ignitis Group Business Strategy. - Digitization and Improved Business Performance: Develop and implement a best in market purchasing roadmap that introduces digitization, innovation and new efficiencies across the Ignitis Group procurement process.

Handling organizational level Procurement function which includes Projects, IT, Business, Operations, constructions, airport equipment and facilities procurements. Annual procurement budget around 40 million. - Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies. - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. - Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power. - Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. - Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. - Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. - Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements. - Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers. - Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company. - Preparing procurement reports. - Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender. - Leading a Procurement team of 4 and delegate tasks across departments when necessary.
