About

After working in design and print production for 11 years I have finally connected my true passion for beer with a professional job. I work as a shift line lead on the packaging team at Great Central Brewing Company. It brings my passion for educating others about beer and my passion for generating a final product for consumers together. After 6 years of home brewing everything from dark ales and fruited long age sours to clean lagers and biere de gardes I contribute daily to the knowledge of history and flavor experienced through beer among my co-workers. I have even further found a deeper love for leading a team in packaging. I find great challenges in communicating efficiently with my team and implementing changes that will increase our certainty on quality but also increase our efficiency. I love that everyone from the top down refuses to compromise on the quality of the beer we produce.
