• Handling a docket of about 120 personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites and premises liability cases. Developing personal injury cases from inception for settlement or litigation. Maintaining digital and physical case files. • Client interaction; including conducting client intake interviews, signing-up clients, sending monthly status letters. • Conducting case research, defendant omissions and conflict checks. Drafting demand letters, contracts, breakdowns, petitions, litigation summary memorandums, etc. • Responsible for communicating and negotiating claims with insurance adjusters and reaching final settlement of claims.

• Appearing before Supreme Court, Uttarakhand High Court, Public Service Tribunal Uttarakhand, and District Commission Uttarakhand. • Empaneled Lawyer for Almora Urban Cooperative Bank for matters in Uttarakhand High Court o Handled matters relating to writ petitions in loan default matters filed by borrowers or guarantors o Gave legal advice on matters, filed counter affidavits, rejoinder affidavits, caveat etc. o Handled Service Writ Petitions before Uttarakhand High Court. o Filed a writ petition WPMS No. 1665 of 2021 and appeared in High Court for the bank, challenging Banking Regulation Amendment Act 2020 and Reserve Bank of India circular dated 25.6.2021. This was done on grounds of being ultravires the Constitution of India and legislative competence of Parliament and Reserve Bank of India. This order was stayed by Hon’ble High Court. Matter pertained to claim of seniority of the petitioner which was taken away by the impugned order of Secretary, School Education, Uttarakhand. Hon’ble Tribunal vide its judgment dated 21.4.2021 ruled in favor of petitioners and quashed the said order with respect to seniority. o Drafted and appeared in service matter WPSS 1628 of 2020 regarding grant of seniority to petitioner. The learned High Court was pleased to dispose off the matter on the first date of hearing in favor of Petitioner.
