* Lead and manage Taxation, Statutory audits, Tax audits and Group Audits responsible for planning, execution and completion of audits. * Responsibilities include the following: * In Taxation:- * 1. Assisted in finalizing Transfer Pricing Report and Preparation of Form 3CEB. * 2. Tax Audits of Companies, Partnership Firm & Proprietorship Concern. * 3. Preparation of TDS Returns and handled TDS related matters of Corporate & Non-Corporate Clients. * 4. Preparation of Service Tax Return and VAT Returns. * 5. MCA Compliance work including Formation, Increase in Authorized Capital and Annual Compliances of Companies. * 6. Accounting Assistance and Finalization. * In Assurance : * 1. Statutory Audits and Internal Audits of Corporate clients. * 2. Conformity to statutory laws. * 3. Assisted in Inventory Valuation. * 4. Analytical Review of Financial Statements with past ratios & undertaking detailed documentation. * 5. Draft Preparation of Financial StatementsforCorporate & Non-Corporate Clients.

* Handling Audit and Taxation and includes: * Tax Audit under section 44AB of the Income Tax Act,1961, of Corporate & Non-Corporate Assessees. * Assisted in Internal Audit and finalized the same. * Timely Calculation and Deposit of Advance Tax, TDS, Service Tax & VAT. * Vouching of Primary Books of Accounts, Ledgers scrutiny etc. * Computation of Total Taxable Income & Tax liability thereon for various Corporate and Non-Corporate Assessees.

* Handling Taxation. * Responsibilities include the following: * Income Tax Consultancy to Corporate and Non-Corporate clients including appeal matters. * Preparation of Appeal, Stay Petition and Representation beforeCIT (Appeals). * Income Tax Post Search Assessment and Proceedings involving compliances with the taxation norms, timely responding to the notices issued by IT Department. * Submission of Application Form 34B and its corresponding annexure for Submissions before the Settlement Commission under Income tax Act and attended hearings at various stages. * Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Submission of Scrutiny matter of Individuals, Partnership Firms and Private Limited Companies. * Assisting clients in reply to various Notices received from the Income-Tax Department on regular basis.
