As the Director of Pooja Public Schools Group, I ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in all the schools. I conduct reviews for principals and coordinators and monitor their performance and progress. As the leader, I make sure that my workforce reach their goals within the school's policies and regulations. As the Director of Swasthya Healthcare, I'm responsible for taking decisions critical for the performance of the entire organization. I make sure that the company keeps growing month on month in terms of revenues and profits. I review the performance of various verticals like Finance, Logistics, Marketing, HR, Quality and Admin. I love dancing and swimming. Driving is my passion and I enjoy long drives. I love to explore new places and enjoy traveling with friends.
