A few years ago, I was working on a production issue where everything looked fine in testing, but the application was slowing down when real users started using it. The API was working, the query was running, and the code looked correct, but the system was still not performing the way the business needed it to.That experience taught me one important lesson: good software is not just about making something work. It is about making sure it works reliably when people actually depend on it.As my career progressed, I had the opportunity to work across financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, and banking technology. Each project helped me understand how important performance, security, data accuracy, and production stability are in real business applications.Currently, I work as a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer at TIAA, where I support retirement and financial services platforms related to participant accounts, annuity processing, investment workflows, secure documents, and internal financial operations.
