As Head of Consultancy, I work with developers and investors at every stage of the property lifecycle. Specialising in estate masterplanning and building mobilisation, I help developers establish estate structures and operations. I work equally with established places and buildings to resolve elements which are no longer fit for purpose and through interventions, transform the assets into relevant, vibrant places.

The Stoddart Review is an independent, cross-industry research programme created with a single purpose of helping business leaders see workplace as a performance lever. With the wonderful support of a dynamic group of Founding Partners of Julie Kortens, Joanna Lloyd-Davies, David Shaw of The Crown Estate and Research Partners in Tim Oldman and Chris Moriarty of Leesman Index, and Ian Ellison of 3edges, with BIFM as host platform, the Review was launched in honour of Chris Stoddart, CIOB, FBIFM. The first edition - The Workplace Advantage - was published in December 2016 with a national media campaign triggering a broader programme of behavioural change. I joined Broadgate Estates, London's leading enablers of remarkable spaces and places, initially as Head of Strategy. Until acquisition by Savills in May 2018, I led Emerging London - the service line which helps developers bring schemes out of construction into operation; and as Executive Director held responsibility for Residential, PR & Marketing and service delivery to a range of developer clients. The last year of the appointment focused on transaction support, a smooth transition to Savills and post-integration close out.

PPConsulting was created to help investors and managing agents build a service which puts purpose, brand and customer focus into Property and Asset Management and has been delighted to help clients such as Farebrother and Lendlease. Having reverted to full time roles, PPConsulting is currently 'resting'.

In this newly created role at C&W, my responsibility was to join the dots between our clients, our research and our unique knowledge to transform the way we offer and promote insight to our clients into their markets and real estate opportunities. Working with the service lines, a number of initiatives were implemented to integrate thought leadership into our client teams to ensure that insight and knowledge becomes central to our client experience. In October 2015, I took the opportunity to step out of the role following global reorganisation of the firm's research function.

I joined as a Salaried Partner in 2003 to lead the Central London team within the Property Management department. In 2007 I stepped out of the Property Management business to lead the CEO's Key Client Programme initiative for the European business. I became an Equity Partner in 2008, and returned to the UK Property & Asset Management business, and both led this service line comprising some 240 personnel, and sat on the UK Board between 2011 and 2015.

I joined CB Hillier Parker as an Associate Director in the Central London Estates team, led the business unit from January 2001 and was promoted to Director in 2002. My responsibilities included key client management for Crown Estate/Regent Street, and BP Pension Fund mixed use portfolio with value of £600m. Key assignments included the Berkeley Square Estate and Knightsbridge Estates. MATERNITY BREAK

As asset manager for the office portfolio, I was responsible for a significiant portfolio comprising prime stock and secondary properties being held for development and investment. Key projects included asset management and sale of Holborn Links; a mixed use estate in Midtown and the acquisition and asset management of two separate multi-let towers in Harbour Exchange Square, E14 comprising 0.5m sq ft.
