About
My world in real estate has focused on property and estate management. For more than 3 decades working with developers, owners and asset managers, I help clients bring schemes to life. With half my career redefining commercial management in high rise offices and mixed use estates, the second half has focused on keeping places relevant and loved. It's where I have helped owners find and create further value, develop new purpose and forge lasting communities.Part place maker, part asset manager, part social scientist, I am driven by unlocking the most important collaboration of all. A sustainable future for all requires alignment and innovation. I work at the boundary of owners, occupiers and managers to collectively shape achievable outcomes and make things happen. Creating the conditions for place-led change requires a strong understanding of real estate, the built environment, community and behaviour - individual, organisational and system. I fuse a social lens with a deep understanding of the many facets of real estate.

Senior Executive Director

As Head of Consultancy, I work with developers and investors at every stage of the property lifecycle. Specialising in estate masterplanning and building mobilisation, I help developers establish estate structures and operations. I work equally with established places and buildings to resolve elements which are no longer fit for purpose and through interventions, transform the assets into relevant, vibrant places.

Progamme Director
The Stoddart Review
London, United Kingdom
The Stoddart Review is an independent, cross-industry research programme created with a single purpose of helping business leaders see workplace as a performance lever. With the wonderful support of a dynamic group of Founding Partners of Julie Kortens, Joanna Lloyd-Davies, David Shaw of The Crown Estate and Research Partners in Tim Oldman and Chris Moriarty of Leesman Index, and Ian Ellison of 3edges, with BIFM as host platform, the Review was launched in honour of Chris Stoddart, CIOB, FBIFM. The first edition - The Workplace Advantage - was published in December 2016 with a national media campaign triggering a broader programme of behavioural change. Visit www.stoddartreview.com for more information. There will be future editions of The Stoddart Review, but only when its central purpose of providing a depth charge to debate is most needed. That conversation is continuing as the industry, its representative body and practitioners move FM into performance management of workplace,
