I am Polly from TPE who have over 6 years experience in international logistics. Over these years, I covered air, sea, import, export, and trucking, etc function. And I specialize in coordinating different department , purposed solution and back up plan for client, and strengthening existing standard procedures to improve efficiency and ensure alignment. In my first job, I luckily had experience of import customs and import customer service. In import customs, worked with US branch of top account, and mainly managed their customs data, auditing correction monthly, and delivering performance for monthly analysis; in customer service, it's good experience to drive cs duties for top account on air import scope. Besides, I had project experience, for instance, pharma project, auditing suppliers, and team event holder. In CMA, I'm one of sales represents for all-trade shipment, and provide solutions for import, export, BCO, and NVO. I not also sale our product, but also need to sale inter-modal, customs, ESG product, etc. And I am getting used to learning and using newly implemented systems/software to support daily operations and improve workflow efficiency. I am someone who embraces challenges and takes pride in delivering results with excellence.
