Our roll is to provide economically priced support to assure the technology achieves its objectives. We specialize in consulting with service organizations such as Rotary that wish to have an effective digital presence through their website and social media but lack the member volunteers to maintain the technology.

The ARAMARK General Manager accountable for the business and operation of a comprehensive facility services engagement

Executive accountability for property management contract that included 23 campuses in the Houston area.

ARAMARK Resident District Manager accountable for Property Management engagements with school districts in Houston area.

Management engineer accountable for maintenance operations for a 65 campus school system with over 6.5 million square feet under roof including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety systems and energy management operations including 5 managers and over 75 technicians.

Divisional Director of Plant Operations and Maintenance services support for ARAMARK Healthcare Division. Responsibilities included development of the divisional POM service line strategy, operating systems, training and standards of operation. Roll included the support of Regional POM business opportunities including implementation of new business operations. Responsibility included the management of project engineering staff and support personnel.

This assignment included corporate responsibility for Summa Health System compliance with all governmental safety and environmental regulations including ASHA and EPA (solid, air, and water regulations). Provided senior management leadership to assure Summa provides the safest possible environment for its 5,200 employees and the surrounding community.

Senior management responsibility for the operation of dietary services, safety and security services, telecommunications, plant operations, biomedical engineering, environmental services, laundry services, space allocation and all planning, construction and renovation projects.

Degree was obtained part-time while working full time as Plant Engineer.
