• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays. • Address issues promptly when they arise to minimize disruption • Ensure customer delivery commitments are met as planned, and always align with the program manager on priority models for production and shipment. • Coordinate with the production team to reduce WIP (Work in Progress) based on FIFO (First In, First Out). • Review Demand & Supply Plans to identify critical shortages and drive the purchasing team to close the demand gap. • Demonstrate multitasking abilities by supporting the buyer role and assisting the production team whenever necessary. • React proactively to minimize disruptions to production planning. • Establish standard processes for new activities related to the project. • Lead production teams in planning boards (HLA and LLA) to ensure timely system (FCT) deliveries. • Identify and highlight potential issues that may disrupt the production plan. • Coordinate and lead inventory counts. • Conduct physical inspections on-site for the reconciliation of boards (HLA and LLA). • Provide recommendations to address constraints.

• Building the foundation of product costing, computation of material cost, labor rate, and manufacturing production overhead • Responsible for cost analysis, margin analysis and tracking of cost of underlying activities • Coordinate inventory taking • Build and compute the reports needed for month end closing • Review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems • Review standard cost and actual cost • Calculation for new product costing, developing and maintaining accurate costing system in relation to labor, production methods and materials • Assist in implementation of ERP system • One of the participants in the management committee group

• Monitor performances of inventory activities over 70 F&B outlets. • Conduct audit checks in F&B outlets to ensure the accountability of inventory activities are maintained in the perpetual inventory system (EATEC). Audit checks include spot check, yield test, verification check, receiving test and recipe test. • Reconcile physical stock to inventory records and identify issues pertaining to inventory management and control. • Study and analyze on weakness in controls implemented in F&B outlets and provide suggestion for improvement. • Analyze on F&B business performance, business trends and ratios. • Highlight and analyze on exceptions, for inventory variances, spoilages and other activities that have exceeded benchmark. • Analyze trend for related activity transactions, such as spoilages, productions, fast selling items and slow-moving items. • Prepare and post monthly accounting journals related to F&B departments. • Prepare monthly F&B cost reconciliation reports, financial modeling and analyze the performance of F&B outlets and P&L. • Highlight and analyze on monthly and yearly F&B cost margin exceptions. • Suggest innovative ideas to improve current standard of procedures in Cost Control department and involve in creation of new process and amendment of current process.
